There are no fees for depositing by credit/debit card or wire transfer. Deposits and withdrawals via Bitcoin incur a standard network fee of 0.0005 BTC when funds are sent through the blockchain network.

Funds are credited to your account automatically once received, and you'll receive an email notification confirming the deposit.

Bitcoin deposits are typically credited after 6 network confirmations, which can take up to 6 hours. You can follow the progress of your transaction on a public blockchain explorer using the deposit address you were given. Once funds reach us they are credited automatically.
